The hotel had a very nice garden, it was perfect for my kids to play around. the location was great, it was away from the city noises, providing us a peaceful and calm stay. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable and we slept really well.
The staff was not helpful, and we didn't get the advertised homestay experience, as they refused to cook for lunch and dinner. the Wi-Fi was not working for the first one and a half days, which was a letdown.

Located in a heritage building, this homestay provides an authentic and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful decor and a lovely garden to stroll around. Guests can enjoy a comfortable bed, big bathroom, and delicious home-cooked breakfast. The staff is friendly, communicative, and responsive to minor issues, such as mosquito bites.
There is a language barrier with the main staff who don't speak the local language or English.

The hotel is situated in a great spot and the breakfast provided was delicious. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating. As an added bonus, the hotel offered complimentary toiletries and a decent selection of board games.
Poor Wi-Fi and overpriced hidden taxes.
